Salary Transparency Report
2nd semester 2024 and Explanatory Note
Dear All, We have republished the Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Report, issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), in accordance with Law No. 14,611/2023 (“Salary Equality Law”), regulated by Decree 11,795/2023 and by Ordinance 3,714/2023.
This report was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, using data from eSocial and RAIS for the year 2023. However, it did not take into account updated data, comparisons between professionals in the same function, length of service in the company and in the function , nor differences in performance between employees.
We are confident that, in a careful analysis of our data, there are no unjustified salary discrepancies between our employees. Our report covers both professionals working onshore and offshore. We emphasize that the Maritime Support sector, due to the very nature of the work on board, is majority male. However, we maintain continuous efforts to promote diversity in our hiring, without distinctions based on gender, age, ethnicity, belief or any other discriminatory factor.
In accordance with current regulations, the report can be accessed at the link below:
